My POTS Starter Pack

Some of my favorite POTS items that have helped me manage symptoms and overcome the challenges of this condition

Electrolytes

LMNT has been my go to. It is the most affordable, salt-packed, and sugar free option that I have found,

The Weekend Recovery Waterboy is high in salt, zero sugar, and includes vitamins and minerals for brain clarity.

I take these when I'm having symptoms- they provide a lot of sodium fast.

Compression Socks
